Using AI at work, safely
Use AI tools to draft, summarise and plan faster, and know what you should never paste into them.
AI tools can save hours each week, and they can also leak private information or produce confident mistakes. This course shows you how to get good results and where to be careful.
The sessions are hands-on. You will practise on tasks from your own job, such as letters, reports, lesson notes and meeting summaries.
What you will be able to do
- Write clear instructions that get useful answers the first time
- Check AI output for mistakes before you rely on it
- Know which information must never go into an AI tool
